“Overall, I want to get a great step into my area of interest.  Nothing can fully prepare me for what lies ahead outside of the college walls, but I want the confidence of knowing that I can step into any other job, whether design-build or strictly design and be immersed into detailed work incorporating stewardship and values learned here at The Cornerstone Landscape Group,” states Patrick.

The Cornerstone Landscape Group presents 2009 Employee MVP Award.

Each year, TCLG recognizes an individual or individuals who are our Most Valuable Players based on their fulfillment of our company mission through three things:

1)    They exemplified the hardwork, talent and loyalty admired by the company

2)    They exceeded the expectations of our clients

3)   They earned the respect of fellow teammates

Carol Burch, administrative assistant, was the recipient of our 2009 MVP Award.

Tim Pancake, TCLG President, stated:  "Something needs to be said, and recognition is worthy, for someone whose quiet consistency is easy to overlook.  Carol is the first contact many people have with our company.  I have, on many occasions, received compliments from clients and others who say she is such a pleasant, caring and helpful voice on the phone.  That's really cool!  Carol performs an unimaginable number of tasks each week with extraordinary consistency, patience and care for detail.  She looks for ways to improve information flow and our bookkeeping, and anticipates problems before they occur.  Personally, I am very thankful for the support she provides me.  I know I can trust her and her loyalty."

Congratulations, Carol!
